Typology
Soft curd cheese made from goat milk. Two typologies are produced normal and molded, 10 or 20 days matured. They show a cylindrical shape (natural) or square (molded), from 1 to 2 lb.
Noteworthy facts
The names are as a compliments to two little girls attracted from the goats who enjoyed to play with the little soft cheeses, as with Lego bricks round and square.
Matching foods and wines
Match with soft bodied white wines, dry and well balanced in flavor but also with sparkling whites. Very good with pasta or rice. Pleasantly matching thousand flowers honey.
