Something fanciful:
A wide selection of cheeses made from goat,sheep or cow milk available with a red wine vein running through them. Wine coming from old and established vineyards. This cheese is made from a hard texture whey soaked in old wine and left to mature for four months.
There is a limited production because the grapes are not pressed and must come from certified vineyards.
