The Azienda Agricola Cavalli extends over a 350 hectare hilly area between hills, flat areas and lush hills that degrade to the lush river Basento. The deep sense of belonging and dedication that has always linked us to our business has led us over the years to become a modern and efficient company. Our activities, olive growing, sheep breeding, dairy, cereal crops, pastures, photovoltaic energy production are practiced with state-of-the-art technologies, not forgetting the ancient flavor of our traditions. The Farm Cavalli is synonymous with olive cultivation, sheep breeding, dairy farm with sheep cheese and goat cheese, sheep's milk, molded goats, three dairies, Grand Horses, caciocavalli, fresh cheeses and yogurt cheeses. The dairy products of the Azienda Agricola Cavalli contain no additives, dyes and preservatives.
